A huge congratulations to the 2021 Heronfield XC Team for their results in the NH DIV IV State Championship Meet!

My Community: Our Values, My Impact 🌍 We paused o My Community: Our Values, My Impact 🌍 We paused our regular schedule for a truly meaningful Community Day—one centered on a powerful idea: when we care deeply about something, we can make an impact. Students explored, created, and connected in so many inspiring ways: 🌊 Created marine-inspired art with @coastxorg , sparking curiosity and confidence about the blue economy and beyond 🌿 Made kelp-infused soap and learned about its benefits with @coldcurrentkelp and our own Dr. Potter 🦉 Dissected owl pellets and studied local wildlife 🦅 Got up close with incredible birds thanks to @tailwindsnh 🐐 Welcomed baby animals from Vernon Family and learned about land stewardship and ethical farming Inspired by Afroz Khan, Newburyport City Councilor, students also wrote postcards to elected officials about issues they care deeply about, finding their voices and using them. It was a day full of energy, curiosity, and purpose, nd a reminder that every one of us has the power to make a difference. #HeronfieldAcademy #CommunityDay #StudentVoice #MiddleSchoolMatters #HandsOnLearning #FutureLeaders #SeacoastSchools
