Friday, April 10, 2026 · The View at Pepperell Cove​

Please join us for a nautical‑themed evening supporting the Heronfield Fund and the students and teachers at the heart of our community. Parking at or near the venue. Theme: Nautical – “Anchored in Community.” Proceeds from the evening benefit The Heronfield Fund​.

5:30 p.m. – VIP Cocktail Reception for our Honorary Committee & Sponsors
Special/VIP guests enjoy: early access to the venue, the evening’s signature cocktail, an exclusive auction preview, and the first opportunity to browse and plan bidding strategy

6:00 p.m. – General admission – The full community joins the celebration with cocktails & hors d’oeuvres, silent auction & raffles, music and mingling, and beautiful sunset views (sunset is at 7:24).

9:30 p.m. – Event concludes​

The Spring Gala is Heronfield Academy’s signature fundraising event, bringing together families, alumni, and friends for an evening on the water at The View at Pepperell Cove. Guests will enjoy cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, music, raffles and both silent/live auction opportunities, all in support of the Heronfield Fund.​ Above all, it is a wonderfully FUN evening for our Heronfield Academy community gathering together!

Online and live bidding will be available:

• Prior to the event
  
• During the event
  
• Via the Galabid app or online (You do not need to be present to bid.)

⚓ Tickets

• General Admission – $80 per guest
• Special Guest / VIP Ticket (includes 5:30 reception) – $150 per person / $300 for couple
• Sponsor‑included tickets are allocated based on level (see below).​

Please note that space is limited to 150 guests; we encourage early registration!​

• What is the attire for the evening?
  • Cocktail attire, nautical flair encouraged! (Think navy, stripes, anchors, coastal elegance.)
• Is this event for adults only?
  • Yes
• Will there be a virtual option?
  • Online bidding prior to and during the event via the Galabid app or online.
• What if I can’t attend?
  • You can still support Heronfield by making a gift, sponsoring a faculty/staff ticket, or becoming a sponsor.
• Are my ticket and sponsorship purchases tax‑deductible?
  • Please consult your tax advisor.
• Can I sit with friends?
  • There will not be formal seating but we encourage families, friends and others to group together to bid together or separately!
• What if I have dietary restrictions or accessibility needs?
