Raised in Newfields and a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, Griffin brings decades of leadership experience in both the U.S. and abroad—from Exeter and Milton Academy to leading School Year Abroad (Spain) and Pinkerton Academy.
Griffin is not only an experienced educator, coach, and school founder—he’s also a lifelong learner with degrees from Northwestern and the University of Virginia, a former dorm parent, and a passionate advocate for the arts, athletics, and experiential learning.
Whether teaching languages, coaching sports, or leading schools, Griffin brings energy, warmth, and a deep commitment to students and community.
