Ashlyn Smith

Development Coordinator

Ashlyn Smith joined Heronfield Academy as Development Coordinator in October 2025. She was drawn to the role because it combines a diverse range of her past experiences, including event coordination for CHAARG at the University of New Hampshire, marketing internships with Prescott Park Arts Festival, and graduate studies in business analytics at UNH. Ashlyn also has a strong marketing background from her undergraduate studies.

Passionate about working in education, Ashlyn previously substituted at her local middle school during her freshman year of college. In addition to her professional role, she coaches cheerleading teams for both her former middle and high schools. With 16 years as a cheerleader herself, Ashlyn celebrates recent coaching successes including her middle school team’s undefeated season this year and her high school team’s state championships in the fall and winter of last year.

In her free time, Ashlyn can be found practicing yoga. She looks forward to growing her skills and knowledge at Heronfield Academy and contributing to the school community.
