Jeff Demers
TEA Teacher
Jeff is delighted to be a member of the Heronfield faculty as the seventh and eighth-grade TEA instructor. He joined the faculty in 2019 with over 25 years of professional experience as an accomplished architectural designer. Jeff played an integral role in the launch of Heronfield Academy’s innovation studio and promotes a project-based disciplinary curriculum in his classroom. He graduated with a degree in Fine Arts and Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design. Jeff lives in Portsmouth with his wife and three daughters, two of whom are Heronfield alumni and one a current student! In addition to Architecture, Jeff has experience in construction, pottery, glass blowing, and sculpture. He loves to play ice hockey and pickleball in his free time.
